CD/DVD Duplication Will Remain
No one can deny the fact that the face of our music industry have been going on in fast and rapid changes. You probably have those cassette tapes all stock in your room ready to be thrown away in garbage bins. These are supposed to be considered as vintage collections for some people but how in the world could you ever play those cassette tapes when most radios nowadays no longer have cassette tape slots. Unfortunately, cassette players are almost obsolete and are being replaced by CD/DVD players.
As of this writing, it is very alarming to know that CD players will soon be phased out too. There are vast number of people who opted to buy MP3 downloads of their favourite music than to buy hard copies like CDs. The Internet could also be blamed why there are many people who choose to download songs or movies for free rather than go to record bars and buy licensed albums. With regards to this the sale of albums in CD format had declined in numbers prompting some electronics manufacturers to cease in producing CD players.
But of course, although these products are almost on their end points, the process of CD/DVD duplication is not that greatly affected. It could be hard for anyone to look for stand-alone CD players in the years to come but music or movies in CD format will still be there. Confused? Well, it is for the fact that most DVD and Blu-Ray player can still accommodate CDs. Therefore, people could still rely on CD/DVD duplication when it comes to their personal use or advertisement purposes. After all, it’s not the process but the equipment to use that went through changes. If people are used to play CDs on CD player alone then save few bucks and buy DVD/Blu-Ray player instead as it can play any kind of media format, of course in CDs as well.
